What warranty do the electric water heaters you sell have?

All our models include the official manufacturer’s warranty, which can be up to 5 or even 7 years depending on the electric water heater.

What if the water heater is not compatible or doesn’t work for me?

Don’t worry, you can contact us before buying and, if it still doesn’t fit your needs, you can use our returns and refund policy. We want you to be fully satisfied with your electric water heater.

Do you offer electric water heater installation?

Yes, we can provide professional installation in Gran Canaria by a qualified technician.

How much does it cost to install an electric water heater including installation?

The price of an electric water heater varies depending on the model, but you can have it installed by a professional plumber starting at around €70.

How long will it take for my water heater to arrive if I order from the Canary Islands?

If you place your order before 3:00 p.m. (Monday to Friday), we deliver it the same day in Gran Canaria.

This way, you can have your electric water heater up and running in just a few hours. For other islands, delivery times are between 24–72 hours depending on the area.

What capacity do I need if there are 2 or 3 people at home?

For 2 people, a 50-liter electric water heater is usually sufficient.

For 3 people, we recommend an 80-liter one if you take showers with little time between each.

What is the difference between an electric water heater and a gas water heater?

An electric water heater stores hot water ready to use, while a gas one heats it instantly.

If you want to avoid construction work, choosing electric water heaters is simpler and more practical.

How can I tell if a water heater is energy efficient?

All our electric water heaters have an energy label.

Look for models with an A or B rating if you want to reduce your bill and maximize efficiency.

What maintenance does an electric water heater require?

Very little. An annual internal cleaning and checking the magnesium anode is recommended.

You can also drain and descale it if you live in areas with hard water. This will extend the lifespan of the electric water heater.

Can I pay with PayPal? What payment methods do you accept?

Yes, we accept PayPal, which also allows you to pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay.

In addition, you can use a bank card via Stripe or bank transfer. The latter may take a bit longer to process, so if you need your electric water heater urgently, we recommend using PayPal or a card.

Are the prices shown in the store final? Do they include IGIC?

For now, our prices are exempt from IGIC as a retail trader.

The only thing added to the electric heater price is the shipping cost (or installation, if you request it). No surprises at checkout.
